Hey friends! It’s Rob and I have made residential real estate my entire professional life! With 25 years of experience I plan on continuing until I’m dead or drooling in the nursing home because I love it so much (most days ha ha). 

Hobbes the property dog is my mascot, moral compass, showing companion and closing table cheerleader! Yes, you get to meet him (unless you are allergic) and I guarantee he is just the GOODEST BOY EVER!

"I met Rob over a year ago and he is by far the best agent I've ever worked with. He was incredibly patient with me as I took my time to search for houses. Not only did Rob agree to meet with me for a house viewing at the drop of a hat--anytime, anywhere--he also took time to send me houses that fit my criteria at the very moment it was listed on the MLS. Prior to working with Rob I didn't really understand the value of working with a realtor. I had felt that I could do it all on my own with the help of the search providers already available online. I was wrong. At one point I had a property under contract and I was concerned with some water damage that was I found in the basement but was not in the seller disclosure. Rob went over to the property on his own time and Facetime'd me while I was at work to show me the exact areas of concern, and gave me an honest opinion about whether I should move forward or not without any thought or concern about his own commission.
